A client needed to move casting cores from a core machine in hazardous conditions.
Custom Machines Solution:
This system has been designed to unload (6) sand casting cores from a core machine, dip the cores into a mold release solution, and then transfers them to a receiving table. At the receiving table they are allowed to dry for a few seconds before they are transferred to a moving conveyor automatically.
